Indoor-Trainer.com is a site that I setup to provide information about Indoor Trainers. I have used various trainers for a few years now and have come to respect these tools as a method of training. They’re a great add-on to cycling in the “real world”.

If you can think of anything that I can add to the site then please drop me a message on the Contact page. Even though I’ve been cycling for a few years now I still don’t know much about the theory of training. Afterall if I did then you would have seen me next to Lance Armstrong on the podium.
